Up until now, me and Sarah knew that we hadn't quite resolved the format of the direct mail piece. Sarah set about creating a new format that incorporated the triangular shapes that we were using as tabs for our paper webpage so that it gave a consistency across both resolutions.
Now we have settled on this new format we just need to crack on and organise the content and layout of the information that is to be included in it.
