Some quickly developed type and colour experiments. Using the scanned coloured paper stocks as a background I then reversed out text and shifted it around in order to play with the colour combinations, blending and legibility.
I really quite like how some of these have turned out - particularly the 'raw-ness' of the posters using the original scanner image as the background including black edges and marks etc. This kind of design direction is something I want to keep pushing as I feel it represents colour as a subject in a bold, playful but contemporary way.
