After my initial ideas I just quickly mocked up some practice formats for the guidebook. I was looking at using a B5 format as I thought this was really successful in my work for the Manchester Book Fair. Once I started looking into this however I realised that I could only have a few folds/pages since it would have to fit on an A2 sheet in order to be double-sided printed. Basically it needs to be smaller (A5 or A6??) but I think that may be too small...
